Those bridesmaids dress/Ces robes de filles d'honneur

Enfin, les fameuses robes de filles d'honneur. La photo a été prise durant la réception. J'ai utilisé le patron Vogue V7848 qui a été modifié pour rajouter la surobe en dentelle et la ceiture. Comme vous pouvez voir, ces robes sont ajustées au corps et pourtant les patrons avant quand même 5 cm d'aisance!!! Mais voilà le travail après de mois de travail, d'ajustement, de correction etc. Quant au mariage, ce fut très beau, évidemment la mariée était très belle. J'ai vraiment aimé la soirée, ce fut très relaxe, pas trop guindée. Presque tout le monde s'y est amusée.

Finally, a picture of the finished bridesmaids taken a the wedding reception. I used Vogue pattern V7848 to make them. It was modified to add the overdress and the belt. As you can see, the dresses are pretty form fitting and yet still the pattern had 2" of ease in them!!! But after all those months of fittings, corrections, adjustments etc, I'm proud of the finished product. Anyway, the wedding was beautiful, obviously the bride was gorgeous. I liked the evening, it was relaxed, not stuffy. A great time had by most.
